Is it me or is it just my foolish imagination that Im missing something here in the news? Im seeing Zimmerman Im seeing the GSA and the Secret Service crap and constant 24/7 political campaign Bull Shit when all this other shit is hitting the fan that means more than someone getting laid or wasting our money or a crime scenario that happens almost every day on this dam planet. If anything of what these folks are saying in these videos is a smiggin true we have a problem folks. Just saying....So much conflicting news as well.Seminar - Medical Implications of Fukushima, Chernobyl and the Nuclear Agehttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c8GFGvliXPAhttp://fukushima-diary.com/tag/black-substance/Leuren Moret DU Depleted Uranium Hazards - PDX 9/11 Truth Published on Apr 13, 2012 by rcoones102http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ttQ92uChPzQNuclear engineer Arnie Gundersen found all 5 random soil samples taken in Tokyo so radioactive that they would be considered radioactive waste in the United States.http://blog.alexanderhiggins.com/2012/03/26/tokyo-soil-blanketed-fukushima-radiation-considered-radioactive-waste-106081/California kelp found to contain Fukushima radiation http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JIJ73oBVx3cThere is going to be an ASA conference June 12-13 2012 in Kennebunkport Maine WHY? INTERESTING!Address correspondence to Dr. Lydia B. E-mail: lydia.zablotska@ucsf.edu http://www.amstat.org/meetings/radiation/2012/AbstractDetails.cfm?AbstractID=302260The effects of ionizing radiation on leukemia have been clearly demonstrated by studies of individuals exposed to high doses of radiation, generally at high dose-rates, such as the study of the survivors of the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki (A-bomb study) (1) and radiation treatment studies (2, 3). Nussbaum and Köhnlein suggested that A-bomb survivors data have become "the authoritative standard to which all findings from epidemiological studies on other exposed populations, such as nuclear workers, have been compared" ((4), p.658). While higher-dose studies provide more precise risk estimates than lower-dose studies, linear extrapolations of risk estimates necessitate several assumptions about populations who may have very different types of exposure (e.g., high doses and high-dose rates) as well as differ on non-radiation characteristics. Questions remain about the effects of lower doses delivered over prolonged time, such as exposures of environmental and occupational concern. Because individual studies are small and lack statistical power, it was thought that combined studies would provide better evidence of the effects of low doses of ionizing radiation on leukemia. This was interesting. I went to see about the availability for rooms on the dates of this conference and it said this "No rooms available on the selected dates: 06/11/2012 - 06/14/2012.
