Tribute to A Prairie Home Companion. Garrison Keillor and Heather Masse sing a Minnesota Parody of How Can I Keep from Singing.http://www.heathermasse.com/http://prairiehome.publicradio.orgMinneapolis-St. Paul KNOW-FM- 91.1---------------My mind drifts back to a friend who bounced from one spiritual advisor to another seeking answers from them, until one of the many guru to which she attached herself suggested that she try seeing things differently. She went home and hung all of the pictures on her walls upside down. And interesting approach but one that missed the point entirely. Seeking answers and seeing things differently is not necessarily meant to be an external exercise. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The basic premise behind Saturday by the Radio: In this MTV world that we have created, we have lost the ability to sit quietly, listen, and savor the richness of the moment and the Zen of the human spirit personified in music. This is not an anti-MTV statement; this is to say that as we embrace what is exciting and new, we need not throw away that which has proven worth keeping. It is also gentle reminder that ultimately what we take away from Second Life and commit to memory - what touches us most - are the brief but enduring human moments.Recently someone remarked that Saturday by the Radio is rather like the Andy Warhol of machinima.===========Machinima Samples:http://www.youtube.com/user/MaryWickentowerhttp://aviewtv.com//category/mary-wickentower
